Other Institution Online Transfer Daily Limit Forms
HRCU Online Transfer Daily Limit form must be completed in order to be able to transfer funds to other institutions. Please ensure that all fields on the Online Transfer Daily Limit Form are completed as applicable. Make sure to read all the terms and conditions for the use of the online banking services. HRCU Member Identification Form for All Personal Accounts. A separate form must be completed for all joint applicants. Please ensure that all fields on the Personal Membership Identity Form are completed as applicable. Original Forms are required even when they are emailed. Forms along with any additional requested documents should be dropped off at either HRCUs Belize City Main Branch or Mango Creek Branch, or mailed in.
BSSB Pensioner's Declaration and GOB Pensioner's Life
Certificate
All pensioners are required to update BSSB (Belize
Social Security Board) Pensioner's Declaration every six (6)
months and GOB's (Government of Belize) Life Certificate
every May and December of each year. Failure to do so will
result in the interruption of pension benefits which will be
an inconvenience for the pensioner. Both important
forms are provided below. Please print and fill in the
required form, and have it properly signed and witnessed
before you return the form to HRCU to be forwarded to BSSB
and/or GOB on your behalf.
BSSB Pensioner's Declaration Form 1 for Persons Receiving a Retirement, Disablement or
Invalidity Pension.
BSSB Pensioner's Declaration Form 2 for Widows, Children, Parents/Guardians Receiving a
Survivors or Death Pension.
GOB Pensioner's Life Certificate Form for All Pensioners.
Other Forms
HRCU Member Proof of Residence Form for All Personal Accounts (if applicable) or most
recent Utility Bill, Bank or Credit Card Statement or Tax
Assessment in account holder's name (Bills, Statements or
Letters must be dated within the last three months).
IRS Form W-9
for U.S. citizens (including dual citizens) and U.S.
Residents under the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act
(FATCA).
Form W-8BEN-E
for ALL Entities/Organizations Accounts.
Receive funds in your HRCU Account from Banks and other Credit Unions
To ensure a seamless and accurate transaction process and funds deposited in the correct Account at HRCU, you need to provide your Credit Union Account Number (CUAN) details to the person sending the funds. To find the correct account number when receiving funds, click on my 16 digits CUAN to receive funds through the payment system .

Apply for a loan conveniently from your smart phone or computer. Loan@Fingertip is available in the Online Banking Service. You can get balance information, view account history, and view your daily account activity, without having to wait to see your statement. Cash Withdrawals using your HRCU ATM Cards can now be done Countrywide at all Heritage Bank ATM Locations, St John's Credit Union ATM, St Martin's Credit Union ATM, Toledo Teacher's Credit Union ATM, La Inmaculada Credit Union ATM and St Francis Xavier Credit Union ATMs in Corozal and San Pedro. There is a $.50 transaction fee for each cash withdrawal at those Locations, cash withdrawals at HRCU ATMs are free to members. You can also use your ATM Card to pay for Purchases and Services at participating stores and businesses locations that have Heritage Bank Point of Sale (POS) Terminals. ATM Cash/Debit Card
ATM Cash Cards are available to members for free access to their checking and savings account at HRCU's 24-hour Business Center. Members have the convenience of accessing their checking and savings account at HRCU ATMs and ATMs hooked up to NetworkOne, an ATM Network we share with sister credit unions and Heritage Bank. In addition the ATM Card is also a Debit card and is accepted for payments at many participating stores countrywide that have Heritage Bank POS Devices. Depository Drop Safe
A Depository Drop box is also located in the 24-hour Business Center for the convenience of members for after hours deposits or loan payments. All deposits to the Drop box are processed the next morning, and any deposits to the Drop box during the day are processed after closing.
HRCU Mobile SMS Text Alerts
You can now request an SMS Alert to your mobile phone whenever your pay is deposited to your account. Click here to download an application form: Payroll SMS Alert Application Form. You can request this service by filling up the application form and return it to any HRCU branch. There is no charge to receive alerts, but check with your wireless carrier to see if any fees may apply when receiving text messages.
